A `’demo mode’ error message is always result of one or more of the following:
- You are trying to save data with a module your activation doesn’t allow. Please login to your account to verify the modules your activation will allow you to recover with.
- You have not reset the activation (from the application, select Menu > File > Reset Activation
- You’re using an old version of the VirtualLab client. Either upgrade when prompted to do so by the software OR visit the mac section of our site and download a fresh copy FROM OUR SITE.
- You don`t have an internet connection. Be sure to have an active internet connection, click the `Activate now` link and enter your activation number.
- You’ve entered your activation number incorrectly.
You could have typo`s in your activation number. Log in to your account area (//my.binarybiz.com/account) and copy/paste your activation number in to the VirtualLab client.
If you cannot get out of demo mode, then one of these solutions will solve your problem.
