This message means you have not fully installed the application. During installation you are asked to enter your administrative password.
If you do not enter it, or, you do not have administrative permissions, then the installation will fail.
You must have ADMINISTRATIVE permissions to install the software and subsequent the required libraries. If you do not know your admin password, or, you do not have administrative permissions, then you should contact your site admin, or Apple computer for assistance with this.
If you get the error message ‘Cannot load required libraries’, then you need to either re-install the application and successfully entering your administrative password when prompted to do so or contact your site administrator (if applicable) for assistance. If you need additional assistance with this then we would suggest that you contact Apple for support.
